1.   A deposit of 25% is required on all bookings. The balance is                 due 6 weeks prior to occupation. Both of these are non-                         returnable.  If a replacement booking can be found, a refund                  less an admin charge of £20 will be given.  
     2.   A charge of £20.00 per pet is made if pets are accepted. Pets are          not allowed into the bedroom end of the cottage.
     3.   It is recommended that guests take out their own holiday                        insurance through a travel agent, insurance company or via the           leaflet available from us.
     4.   The price current at the time of booking is applied to the dates             booked.
     5.   Oil, electricity and an initial supply of firewood are included in                the cost.
     6.   Bed linen and towels are supplied in the cost.
     7.   Short breaks during mid and low seasons are charged at 65% of          the weekly rate for up to 3 nights, and at 82.5% of the weekly                  rate for 4 nights; 5 nights are charged at 90% and six nights at              95% of the full weekly rate. A short break which covers two                    price bands is charged at the higher rate.
     8.   Visitors should arrive after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and                   depart by 10.00am on the day of leaving to allow sufficient time              to service the property.
